Apply now!Key Responsibilities:Assist in identifying and evaluating new market opportunities, leveraging tools such as market research, zoning analysis, and financial modeling.Support feasibility assessments of potential development sites, reviewing economic and demographic trends, zoning laws, and infrastructure considerations.Prepare financial proformas, reports, and presentations to support decision-making processes.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand entitlement processes, design considerations, and development strategies.Participate in site visits, stakeholder meetings, and project planning discussions to gain a first-hand understanding of real estate development.Maintain organized records of market research, deal pipeline updates, and strategic recommendations.What We’re Looking For:A rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Business, Urban Planning, Finance, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.A strong interest in real estate development, urban planning, and market analysis.Strong analytical and research skills with an eye for detail.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.Schedule & Compensation:Internship Duration: May – AugustWork Schedule: In-person full time, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday at our main office in Bethesda, MDCompensation: This is a paid internship with an anticipated hourly salary range between $19.00-26.00 /hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
