We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator - Contractor
- Execute development tasks and technical implementation under the direction of a technical lead
- Translate business and technical specifications and assigned user stories into high-quality, working products on the ServiceNow platform
- Design, code, and test custom applications and modules involving JavaScript, business rules, flow designer, workflows, playbooks, script includes, UI pages, UI actions, client scripts, and more
- Participate actively in an agile development team, engaging in daily stand-ups and code reviews to ensure alignment with architectural standards
- Build and maintain robust integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub and use problem-solving abilities to independently troubleshoot complex workflows, script errors, and performance bottlenecks
Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Strong programming experience with a focus on JavaScript, including knowledge of the ServiceNow API classes and object-oriented programming concepts
- Proven experience developing in some of the following ServiceNow modules: CSM, PSDS, ITSM, SPM, and ITOM
- Experience building custom applications
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, utilizing stories, sprints, update sets, app repo, and version control
The expected pay rate range for this contract assignment is $75.00 to $85.00 per hour. Exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
