This contract role supports the delivery of large, complex learning programs across EY Service Lines in the Americas. The Learning Program Project Manager will lead integrated project planning from design through implementation and measurement, managing interdependencies, risks, resources, and budgets. Partnering closely with stakeholders, this role plays a key part in executing the Americas Learning strategy while applying strong project management, change management, and communication skills to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage integrated project plans for large, complex learning programs across EY Service Lines.
- Lead learning programs end to end—from design through implementation and measurement—while managing interdependencies, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation paths.
- Support the execution of the Americas Learning strategy, aligning priorities and timelines accordingly.
- Own resource planning and budget management responsibilities for assigned programs.
Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in project management methodologies, practices, and tools, with the ability to manage complex initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to assert ideas, influence others, and build alignment and commitment across shared projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and MS Project.
- Solid understanding of change management principles and their application in enterprise environments.
The expected pay rate range for this contract assignment is $60 to $83 per hour. Exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
