This contract role supports the execution of integrated marketing programs for EY Tech Consulting, with a strong focus on project management, content development, and cross‑team coordination. The individual will partner closely with marketing and brand stakeholders to manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign assets, ensuring programs are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in compliance with EY branding, independence, and procurement guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and project manage the execution of marketing programs aligned to AI consulting efforts focused on developing project plans, calendaring, tracking progress, building email lists, managing key processes like design, proofreading, branding compliance, and supporting ad-hoc projects and campaigns.
- Write, edit, co-develop engaging content assets including but not limited to drip/nurture email campaigns, website, and thought leadership content, relying on a strong understanding of B2B content and marketing strategy.
- Proactively engage appropriate brand marketing communication specialty groups to help complete program deliverables. This includes internal and external communications, video, thought leadership, branding, digital marketing, and more.
- Ensure strong coordination and develop key project management tracking, and focus on reporting progress with eye towards standardization, effectiveness/efficiency while adhering to EY independence, procurement, branding, invoicing policies, and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing and project management; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills; strong project management and organizational skills with demonstrated knowledge of creating and adhering to project management processes.
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal and presentation communication skills; self-starter with the ability to work independently and across teams in a fast-paced organization.
- Technical skills: advanced knowledge in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Previous experience in a professional services firm environment is preferred.
The expected pay rate range for this contract assignment is $37 to $42 per hour. Exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
