Responsibilities
Execute and monitor learning compliance processes, including curriculum updates, learner assignments, exceptions, and appeals.
Track learner compliance levels, follow up on non-compliance, and maintain required logs, reports, and recipient lists.
Translate regulatory requirements into defined compliance processes and reporting needs for service lines.
Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries, including learner compliance status, exceptions, and appeals.
Maintain and oversee compliance-related tools and systems, including Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
Experience supporting compliance, learning administration, or regulated process environments.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data, reports, and documentation accurately.
Proficiency with Microsoft tools; experience with Power BI and Power Automate preferred.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
The expected pay rate range for this contract assignment is $28 to $45 per hour. Exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
