What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Inbound Call Center Representatives - Contractor position at EY?
We currently have multiple opportunities for Bilingual Inbound Call Center Representatives-Contractor
- Handle incoming calls from state constituents and assist with their questions/concerns, including confirming caller’s permissions before providing confidential information and being proficient in the nuances of the program. This includes understanding the specific needs and concerns of the callers and providing accurate and timely information
- Able to navigate multiple systems and data sources to identify correct and appropriate information to answer caller’s questions
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism with each caller correspondence. This includes being patient, empathetic, and courteous, and ensuring that each caller feels heard and valued
- Verify data points to assist with reviewing applications. This involves cross-referencing information provided by the applicant with existing records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Perform data entry for paper or phone application intake process, requiring focused and detail-oriented tasks to be completed
Qualifications:
- Ability to work remotely in a quiet, undisruptive environment, with access to high-speed, reliable internet
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Nice CXone is preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
The expected pay rate range for this contract assignment is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
