Responsibilities
- Lead and execute GEO/SEO strategies—including keyword research, content frameworks, and localized search plans—to increase discoverability and organic performance for Americas Consulting on ey.com.
- Build, optimize, and manage high‑performing web pages in EY’s content management system, ensuring alignment with brand standards, accessibility requirements, UX best practices, and technical SEO guidelines.
- Analyze search rankings, traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics using Conductor and analytics platforms to identify optimization opportunities and demonstrate campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with Consulting, Brand Activation, Creative, Analytics, and AI Marketing teams to align web content, information architecture, and publishing workflows with campaign objectives and business priorities across markets.
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, technical SEO, or web content strategy, ideally in professional services, B2B, or technology environments, with hands-on usage of enterprise SEO tools such as Conductor.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize web content within enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), with strong understanding of UX principles, conversion optimization, and information architecture.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), keyword research, competitive analysis, GEO optimization, and technical SEO auditing.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to translate complex consulting topics into clear, search‑optimized, user‑centered digital experiences.
The expected pay rate range for this contract assignment is $80 to $100 per hour. Exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
