A reputable law practice is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 1 to 4 years of experience in creditors’ rights, personal injury, or general civil litigation. This role offers immediate hands-on responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle matters related to creditors’ rights, personal injury, and civil litigation
- Manage a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Provide strategic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Connecticut State Bar (Massachusetts Bar admission is a plus)
- 1–4 years of experience in creditors’ rights, personal injury, and/or civil litigation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent legal writing, research, and advocacy abilities
- High level of professionalism, sound judgment, and attention to detail
