Exentec is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the unification and standardization of multiple semiconductor equipment product lines within its Media Supply portfolio. Phase 1: Portfolio Unification & Standardization
Exentec and Exential serve the semiconductor, life sciences, and other advanced technology industries, offering integration and installation of everything from high-purity piping for gas, chemical, and water systems to chilled water, wastewater, and HVAC systems, along with a full suite of electrical and controls systems. Exentec and Exential can design, supply, install, hook up, and commission our own line of gas, chemical, and cleanroom equipment, including the supply and installation of external OEM equipment.
Exential, part of the Exentec family, delivers our installation services in the US market.

Phase 1: Portfolio Unification & Standardization
- Lead cross‑functional, multi‑business initiatives to unify overlapping product offerings across DFS, CTS, and MEGA
- Establish governance frameworks to guide standardization vs. differentiation decisions
- Define and assign clear ownership for each product family
- Drive standardization of architectures, bills of materials (BOMs), control systems, and technical documentation
- Develop and manage program charters, milestones, and executive reporting across the enterprise
- Coordinate strategic sourcing initiatives and align control system standardization efforts
- Design, implement, and scale a centralized Program Management Office (PMO)
- Define standardized methodologies for New Product Introduction (NPI) and investment programs
- Lead and oversee priority NPI programs across the Media Supply portfolio
- Ensure alignment of all programs with market segmentation, voice of the customer (VOC), and approved business cases
- Establish and enforce stage‑gate processes, execution rigor, and commercial readiness standards

- 8–12 years of experience in program management or engineering program leadership
- Proven success leading multi‑site, cross‑business initiatives
- Experience in semiconductor equipment, media supply, or capital equipment industries
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Engineering or other technical background preferred
- A unified, enterprise‑level Media Supply product portfolio
- A scalable, well‑adopted PMO with repeatable and disciplined execution
- Accelerated innovation cycles with reduced risk and strong alignment to market demand
