Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a positive and supportive team culture
- Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and open communication
- Recognize and reward employee achievements to boost morale
- Schedule and assign tasks to team members based on their skills and workload
- Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and production procedures
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Facilitate cross-training initiatives to increase workforce flexibility
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Represent the company in a professional manner
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Coating thickness measurement experience preferred
- Previous Spray painting experience preferred
- Previous experience as a coater(Metal)
