Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Lead all daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, payroll accounting, and fixed assets.
- Manage month end and year end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and adjusting entries.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, corporate policies, and industry specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records for audits and coordinate with external and internal auditors.
- Oversee cost accounting functions, including variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
- Review and analyze manufacturing KPIs (yield, scrap, cycle time, overhead absorption, etc.).
- Validate and monitor BOM accuracy, labor routing, and production cost flows.
- Partner with operations to provide insights on cost drivers, production efficiencies, and product margin analysis.
- Implement and review process improvements to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation of procedures and compliance with regulatory and audit standards.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and FP&A teams.
- Support ERP enhancements, system integrations, and process digitization efforts.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
Qualifications

Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles.
- Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Semiconductor industry experience
- Experience with standard costing, inventory control, and manufacturing performance metrics.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong technical accounting skills with a process improvement mindset.
- Ability to operate in a complex, fast-moving, high-tech manufacturing environment.
