ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team
The Teacher STEM Training (TST) Manager will create partnerships to train teachers on best-in-class instructional practices to effectively deliver STEM content to students with in-person and online sessions by building STEM content knowledge. You will build a strong network and collaborate with partners, including Khan Academy and Texas A&M University, to develop high-impact strategies related to program sustainability that engage teachers, school districts, the Texas Education Agency and local communities / stakeholders. Positions will be located in Spring, Texas.
What you will do
Strategically manage the design and development of comprehensive training programs, curriculum, and teacher outcomes in collaboration with key partners, including Khan Academy and Texas A&M University- Consult subject matter experts, teachers, administrators, school district leaders, etc., to provide content, methods, and technology that align with education standards
- Lead teacher recruitment efforts with school districts and community partners
- Utilize technology-based solutions for best-in-class STEM teacher training
- Develop assessment tools to measure progress and success
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and events to train and inspire new and existing STEM teachers
About you
Skills and Qualifications
Deep knowledge of and experience in delivering best practices in teacher coaching, training and support- Knowledge of best practices in academic interventions and support
- Demonstrated sensitivity to multicultural, socioeconomic, and regional differences among students and teachers from diverse backgrounds
- Demonstrated experience building safe and trusted connections with youth and adults
- Skilled in developing and facilitating collaborative relationships
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent oral/written communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated experience in project management
- Ability to provide exceptional teacher / partner service
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
Master’s degree in education or subject discipline- Extensive experience in teacher coaching and training
- Experience teaching in STEM fields
- Experience working with first-generation and/or low-income students to promote student success
