As an early career PhD hire, you'll join our Early Career Foundation (ECF) program, building advanced technical and leadership capabilities through multiple rotations within your specialty area in your first several years. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all careers. Development is personalized and takes full advantage of opportunities to deepen your expertise while expanding your impact across our company. Your path will be shaped by your interests, strengths, and progression—within the context of business needs and available opportunities.

Work Locations
As a PhD early career hire, you'll be placed at one of our research facilities or operating sites, primarily in the Houston area or at select U.S. locations. Through the ECF program, you may complete multiple assignments at a single location or across multiple locations, depending on development objectives and business needs.

Compensation
Individual pay will be determined based on various factors including degree/education, discipline, skills, abilities, qualifications, and work experience.
Illinois Equal Pay Act
Pursuant to the Illinois Equal Pay Act, for Illinois employment, the expected annual salary range for this position is $135,000 – $155,000 base salary ($/year).
