Job Role Summary
- Provides administrative support to BL Recruiting Coordinators, BL Campus Recruiting Teams and Ambassador Teams
- Schedules interviews, works with universities in support of campus activities, attraction/sourcing events, etc.
Job Role Responsibilities
- Assists all recruiting participants with various administrative tasks
- Provides logistics support to all recruiting related events
- Provides transition and support coverage between recruiting coordinators and recruiting consultants
- Works with Recruiting Associates on various recruiting transactional activities (e.g., candidate reimbursements, invoice handling)
