- Manage, train, and coach Crew Members
- Direct and assign tasks to ensure operational standards are met
- Monitor employee compliance with policies and practices
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Adjust staffing levels, inventory, and food costs
- Conduct weekly inventory checks
- Assist in administrative tasks and document maintenance
- Promote a customer service mentality among the team
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints
