Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and develop tailored capacitor solutions.
• Conduct design reviews, incorporate feedback, and optimize designs for manufacturability and testability (DFM/DFT).
• Coordinate with Design Engineers to address and resolve design-related challenges during prototyping and production phases.
• Lead and manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining key milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor and report project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, product quality, and workflow optimization.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline reporting and communication.
• Facilitate regular meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure project alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related Natural Science field.
• Experience in project management, preferably within electronics manufacturing or a related industry.
• Proficiency in design and simulation software, such as SolidWorks, a plus.
• Basic understanding of electronic components, circuit design principles, and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of supply chain logistics, quality control, and manufacturing best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work closely with customers to develop customized solutions.
