Electronic Assembler

Job Overview
Exxelia is a global leader in the design, development, and manufacturing of high-performance electronic components. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Electronic Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of operations and tests to ensure the precise manufacturing of our components.

Duties

• Safely perform multiple manufacturing operations, including assembling, soldering, lead attachment, cleaning, potting, taping, testing, and related tasks, following manufacturing instructions, product specifications, schematics, and engineering sketches.
• Set up, adjust, and operate equipment while keeping the work area clean. Perform routine equipment maintenance to maintain production quality and efficiency.
• Inspect products, using sound judgment to ensure quality, and escalate any issues as needed.
• Perform basic calculations and input job order information into the system.
• Ensure accurate work order quantities and maintain proper documentation for product traceability.
• Identify and report any unsafe operations to the Supervisor immediately.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information or documents.
• Work under the guidance of the Group Leader to complete assigned duties and support additional projects and tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of learning how to interpret technical specifications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across all levels and work with a diverse team.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ related experience in a manufacturing environment.
