In this essential position, you will work directly to improve the overall effectiveness of our quality program, ensuring process control and product conformity by conducting inspections and tests on incoming, in-process, and finished materials.

Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections and tests on incoming, in process, and finished materials to ensure that quality standards and process controls are being met throughout the manufacturing process.
- Generate documentation, records, and reports. Support quality, engineering, and manufacturing as needed.
- Perform incoming, in process, and final visual and dimensional inspections. Utilize a variety of measurement equipment to verify tools and materials for use in prototype and production environments.
- Review and verify certification documentation, inspection and testing results for compliance to drawings / specifications.
- Generate various quality and inspection reports.
- Effectively navigate QCBD quality management software.
- Participate in internal as well as external quality audits.
Preferred Requirements
- Previous experience as a Quality Technician in a contemporary manufacturing organization.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills to meet challenging demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in the use of inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, indicators, go/no-go gages, optical comparators.
- Advanced level of expertise with Microsoft Office tools and PC.
