Key Responsibilities
- Setup and Operation of Powder Compaction Press Machines, Ceramic Firing Kilns, and other supportive operations in compliance with all safety requirements.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve process related issues with the machinery and product.
- Support improvements in Safety, Quality, and Production.
- Conduct simple preventive maintenance.
- Maintain optimum control, efficiency and safety of the equipment by monitoring and evaluating process variables and sample results.
- Grow in knowledge of relevant machinery and process equipment.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and company standards to ensure safety, health, and a great working environment for all employees.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Basic Math problem solving and creative thinking skills.
- Manufacturing and machine operation experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50lbs with or without accommodation.
- Steel or Composite Toe footwear required.
