- At least 23 years old & have 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
- Tractor must be able to pass DOT inspection
- No more than 3 jobs in the past 12 months
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
- No DUI/DWI or related charges in the past 10 years
