Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues ensuring timely and accurate repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, including parts used.
- This often includes loading firmware.
- Perform tests & quality checks on repaired products to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- AA or AS Degree.
- 2 years in a professional Audio Visual or related industry.
- Working knowledge of digital and analog circuits.
- Knowledge of using oscilloscopes and other test equipment.
- Ability to read and understand schematics/drawings.
- Experience with component level troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced production environment.
Salary Range: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour. Pay may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
