  • Lead practice-building activities, including lunch-and-learns, in-office events, and targeted marketing initiatives
  • Evaluate and strengthen account execution through ongoing audits, including front-desk engagement (“mystery calls”), in-office marketing presence, website alignment, and social media activity
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with accounts to assess performance, reset goals, and establish actionable plans for continued growth

  • Support onboarding and development of new hires through field training to accelerate product adoption and sales effectiveness
  • Develop and expand Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships and reference accounts, with a goal of establishing at least one new reference site per quarter
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to convert resistant or underutilizing accounts, targeting measurable increases in alloClae adoption (i.e., activating a defined number of new accounts per quarter)
  • Maintain consistent field presence and execution through extensive weekly travel to support accounts and sales initiatives
  • Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings
  • Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned
