Pay
- Starting Pay: $0.60 CPM (Dry Van)
- Starting Pay: $0.62 CPM (Reefer)
- Performance Bonus – Earn more the more you drive
Quarterly Bonus Breakdown (Paid Quarterly):
Drive more miles in a month, earn more per mile in your quarterly bonus. Only the months where you hit a tier count toward your bonus.

- 10,000 miles = 1 CPM
- 11,000 miles = 2 CPM
- 12,000 miles = 5 CPM
- 13,000 miles = 8 CPM
- 14,000 miles = 10 CPM
Example:* Drive 14,000 miles in a month? That adds 10 CPM* to your quarterly bonus for that month.

Requirments
- 2 Years CDL Experience
