Canvasser

Job Summary:

We are looking for highly motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as canvassers. In this role, you will be the face of out company-going door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods to generate leads and set appointments for out sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys being outdoors and interacting with new people.

Responsibilities:

- Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify homeowners in need of roofing or remodeling services.

-Educate homeowners about our services and the benefits of working with our company.

-Schedule free inspections or estimates for interested homeowners.

-Meet and exceed weekly lead generation and appointment goals.

-Attend team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication strategies.

-Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive attitude at all times.

Requirements:

-Strong communication and people skills.

-Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.

-Self-motivated with strong work ethic.

-Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

-Prior experience in canvassing, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required-training provided.

-Must have reliable transportation.

Compensation:

-Commissions based on appointments set and deals closed.

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
