Customer Service & Sales Specialist
Fast-paced, growth-oriented manufacturing company seeking detail-oriented, enthusiastic, experienced customer service and sales specialist. Must be skilled and comfortable with technology, have strong verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, dependable, with positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, take initiative, be able to work independently, and enjoy working with a small but growing team. This is a full-time position: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
This sales and customer service position is part of a team responsible for the end-to-end customer experience, business development and growth, as well as daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to keep a complex manufacturing company running smoothly. - Responds to inbound sales inquiries in a timely manner, handles inbound sales calls, emails, live chat inquiries, and documents all customer data and interactions.
- Preserves customer data by performing data entry into multiple systems, including CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Accomplishes daily task requirements, including order entry, order confirmation to customers with professional communication and attention to detail, preparing orders for the production floor, creating work packages for the production floor
- Responds to customer questions and inquiries via email in a professional, timely, and friendly manner.
- Serves customers by handling inbound calls; answering questions; forwarding messages.
- Ensures best practice processes are followed for different types of calls and situations (training provided on best practices).
- Preparation of marketing materials for mailing to customers or prospects.
- Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other duties as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
