Key Responsibilities

• Data Analytics: Analyze key operational and sales performance metrics to turn raw data into high-impact business decisions.
• Lead Allocation: Strategically manage, allocate, and optimize lead flow to convert prospects into real opportunities for our loan originators.
• Research & Development: Test, build, and deploy innovative strategies to enhance lead performance and drive continuous company growth.
• Pipeline Optimization: Monitor lead quality, contact rates, and conversion pipelines to continuously refine strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience Required: Proven track record in data analysis, lead strategy, or business operations (mortgage or financial services background strongly preferred).
• Strong capability in database management, performance tracking, and strategic planning.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to turn insights into immediate execution.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site at our Southfield, MI headquarters.
