Customer Service Representative
Extreme Landscaping – Las Cruces, NM
Extreme Landscaping is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is all about taking care of our clients—answering calls, responding to messages, helping schedule services, and making sure every customer has a great experience with us.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
- Schedule services and update client accounts
- Assist with estimates, follow-ups, and customer questions
- Work with our managers to keep communication smooth between office and field teams
- Support customers with billing questions, service details, and general inquiries
- Help create a positive, reliable experience for every client
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
- Comfortable using office software and apps (Service Autopilot experience is a plus but not required)
- Calm under pressure and solution-focused
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Previous customer service experience preferred
