We are a faith-based non-profit organization seeking to fill the position of Youth Leadership Director. This position requires the individual to work directly with youth ages 11-17 years living in at-risk communities. The leader will act as teacher and mentor, with an all-important understanding of specific communities. The candidate needs experience in engaging and planning structured leadership development activities. We rely on the expertise, passion, commitment, and energy of our Youth Director and other team members to help us achieve our mission, one youth and one team member at a time, providing hope of a positive future
