Greeting customers when they arrive with a smile and welcoming attitude . Being a team leader and overseeing everything in customer service amd sales.
Your job is to run day to day operations from greeting customer to answering calls , moving vehicles back and fourth, recording vehicles pre inspection. Making sure vehicles are to perfection before the customer arrives .
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with any inquiries, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions swiftly and handle cash, credit, or digital payments.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive peaceful experience.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
- Assist in promoting store promotions or special events to boost sales and customer engagement on social media.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold store standards.
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions.
- Previous managing experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and responsibility and accountability.
- Strong communication skills for engaging customers effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases.
