SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Ceramic Coating Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive detailing and a strong understanding of paint protection processes, including the application of ceramic coatings. You will be responsible for prepping vehicle surfaces and applying high-quality ceramic coatings to ensure a durable and flawless finish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for ceramic coating by performing thorough washes, decontamination, and paint correction as needed
• Apply ceramic coatings to paint, wheels, glass, and other exterior surfaces according to manufacturer specifications
• Inspect and maintain the quality and consistency of coatings applied
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
• Communicate with customers about services, processes, and care instructions
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of detailing chemicals and tools

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in auto detailing or paint correction required
• Experience with ceramic coating application is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness and ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
