Responsibilities
- Plan and execute stimulating activities that promote childhood development, including preschool, toddler care, infant care, and special education needs.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and learning activities to ensure safety and well-being at all times.
- Implement classroom management strategies to foster positive behavior and social skills among children.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Assist with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, and dressing children as needed.
- Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or similar settings.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education is a plus.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle diverse behaviors effectively.
- Compassionate caregiver with excellent communication skills and patience.
