Responsibilities
- Facilitate and oversee a variety of interactive games and activities for guests, ensuring smooth operation and high engagement levels
- Manage event setups, including organizing game stations, equipment, and themed activities to align with daily schedules
- Resolve guest concerns or conflicts promptly with a positive attitude, maintaining a fun and safe environment for all participants
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, explaining game rules clearly, and assisting with any questions or needs
- Handle cash transactions accurately during ticketing or merchandise sales related to gaming events
- Lead public speaking segments or demonstrations to introduce new games or special events, energizing the crowd and encouraging participation
- Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards, including lifeguard responsibilities if applicable, and ensure compliance with facility policies
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable
- Strong background in customer service and guest relations, with the ability to connect positively with diverse audiences
- Proven conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively and diplomatically
- Experience working with children and groups in lively environments such as food service or recreational activities
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
- Lifeguard experience is a plus, demonstrating safety awareness and emergency response capabilities
- Public speaking or presentation skills that can energize audiences during game introductions or special announcements
