What You’ll Do
Workflow Design & Automation
- Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows across EWF, Nintex Workflow Cloud, and Teslar.
- Build and maintain automation solutions including Nintex RPA scripts and Teslar workflows.
- Develop and implement automation solutions using the Q2 SDK for online banking enhancements.
- Create intuitive digital forms to support business needs and improve user experience.
- Produce detailed process flow diagrams and technical documentation.
- Prepare system specifications, procedural guides, and training materials.
- Support standardization of processes across business units.
- Perform pre‑ and post‑implementation testing to validate workflow functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot defects and implement enhancements based on stakeholder feedback.
- Write and execute SQL queries; maintain data tables supporting workflow operations.
- Monitor and manage workflow case queues across platforms.
- Provide ongoing technical support for Enterprise Workflow issues.
- Work closely with business units to understand needs and translate them into workflow solutions.
- Support “Lean 2 Green” submissions with technical analysis and process redesign.
- Assist end users through training, onboarding, and quarterly workflow education sessions.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma required
- Computer Science/Computer Engineering degree or equivalent technical education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification preferred
- 3 years workflow or RPA experience
- 3 years process analysis experience (preferred)
- 5 years banking or financial services experience (preferred)
- Strong commitment to operational excellence and positive customer experience
- Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to interpret API documentation, SDK specifications, and technical requirements
- Ability to create detailed process flow diagrams and comprehensive documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self‑directed learner with the ability to master new technologies quickly
- Effective collaborator with strong initiative and accountability
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
