Landscape Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification of various landscapes. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, including lawn care, tree care, and groundskeeping. The Landscape Laborer will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that all landscaping projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

• Assist in tree care tasks such as planting, pruning, and removing trees as needed.
• Engage in landscape maintenance duties including mulching, and planting flowers or shrubs and sod installation.
• Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Build and maintain garden beds, pathways, and other landscape features.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site.
• Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects within set timelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance required.
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, and general landscaping principles.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to learn from others.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise tasks when required.
• A valid driver’s license will be required.
