What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Assistant position at EXTRA INNINGS?
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to become an integral part of our team! You will prepare and enter vendor bills and customer invoices, reconcile vendor statements and act as the liaison with the Support Team to maintain synergy with all internal departments.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry of vendor bills and customer invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Research discrepancies
- Assist with month end and year end close
- Perform projects and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in an office environment
- Organization, attention to detail, productivity and dependability
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
- Familiarity with financial software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
