We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper / Laundry Worker to join our hotel team. This position is responsible for maintaining clean guest rooms, public areas, and handling hotel laundry operations to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms
- Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and towels
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry room and housekeeping storage areas
- Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms and hallways
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management
- Assist with cleaning public areas when needed
- Follow hotel safety and cleanliness procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
Schedule
- Full-time and Part-time positions available
- Morning and weekend shifts preferred
