Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Agent role located in Exton, PA. The Leasing Agent will greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and provide detailed information about available units, pricing, and lease terms. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, processing applications, preparing and executing lease documents, and maintaining accurate lease files. The role also involves assisting with renewals, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and collaborating with the property management team to meet occupancy and retention goals. The Leasing Agent will handle resident concerns in a professional manner and support general office and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of leases, lease administration, and residential leasing practices.
- Experience or familiarity with property management operations and procedures.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to build positive resident relationships.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organization.
