Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of siding, soffit, fascia, and other exterior materials
- Follow direction from foreman and project managers to complete daily tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Accurately track time and follow company timekeeping procedures
- Work collaboratively with crew members to meet project deadlines
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- Construction or labor experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and perform physical labor
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
