What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payment Operations Specialist (Hybrid) position at External?
The starting salary for this position is $21.50 per hour depending on experience and qualification.
Essential Duties:
- Process and assist front line team members with payroll allocation requests, domestic and international wires, and other requests as needed.
- Perform exception item research and SEG posting.
- Process ACH origination, share draft, and receiving files.
- Assist in gathering data, examples, and transactions for audits
- Completes special projects, reports as assigned and participates in project meetings as requested.
- Stays informed of electronic processing policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Promotes and establishes strong, positive and productive working relationships within the organization through commitment to the company’s purpose, mission and core values.
