What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing Scheduler - Part Time, Second Shift position at External Careers?
Under the direction of the Staffing Manager, coordinates scheduling of all Home Care Aides/Geriatric Caregivers and Home Care LPNs designated to care for PACE participants to ensure adequate and safe staffing within the confines of established staffing patterns and the Union contract. Responsible for accurate record keeping regarding hours worked, call-ins, absences, etc. and bringing concerns to the attention of the Staffing Manager and Home Care Manager.
