Position Summary
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll inspect properties, identify pest activity, apply appropriate treatments, and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and consistent service. Experience in pest control is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
Responsibilities
- Perform pest and wildlife inspections for residential and commercial clients
- Apply pesticides and exclusion materials safely and according to label directions
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings with clients
- Diagnose and solve pest issues using a combination of treatment and prevention methods
- Operate and maintain service vehicle, equipment, and tools
- Follow company safety and quality standards
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service at every visit
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driving record check required)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Utah pesticide applicator license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior pest control or wildlife experience a plus, but not required
