Asphalt Shingle & Vinyl Siding Repair TechnicianPosition Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Asphalt Shingle & Vinyl Siding Repair Technician with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing residential roofing and siding issues while delivering high-quality workmanship that protects our customers’ homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform asphalt shingle roof repairs, including leak detection, shingle replacement, and flashing repairs
- Complete vinyl siding repairs, panel replacement, and minor trim work
- Conduct roof and exterior inspections to identify damage
- Respond to service calls and occasional emergency repairs
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site
Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience in asphalt shingle roofing and/or vinyl siding repair
- Basic knowledge of roof leak diagnosis
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
