Roof Installer and Shingle Repair Technician

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious Roof Installer & Repair Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will install, replace, and repair various types of residential and commercial roofing systems with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, metal, slate, and flat roofs
• Identify and troubleshoot roof leaks and other roofing issues
• Remove old roofing materials and ensure proper surface preparation
• Ensure all work meets local building codes and manufacturer specifications
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
• Communicate with team leads, supervisors, and customers as needed
• Perform final inspections to ensure high-quality standards
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times

Qualifications:

• 2 years of roofing installation or repair experience preferred
• Knowledge of various roofing materials, systems, and techniques
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role (lifting, climbing, kneeling)
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
