Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Estimator for an on-site role at our Warminster, PA location. The Estimator will assess, measure, and evaluate project requirements, prepare accurate cost estimates, analyze project specifications, collaborate with clients and team members, and ensure competitive and detailed bids. This role will involve reviewing blueprints, sourcing materials, managing project timelines, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure the success of each project.
Qualifications
- Experience in cost estimation, project assessment, and preparation of detailed measurements and accurate budgets
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and project specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client collaboration skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with roofing and siding installation processes is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and estimation software
