Bath Source is hiring a full-time Bathroom Installer to complete residential tub and shower remodeling projects throughout Hampton Roads.

Candidates must have at least two years of bathroom remodeling or bath installation experience. Acrylic bath-system experience is preferred but not required. We provide paid training on our products, installation methods, safety procedures, and quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Remove existing tubs, showers, wall surrounds, and fixtures
• Inspect and prepare bathroom wet areas for installation
• Complete minor plumbing, framing, and subfloor repairs
• Measure, cut, and install custom-fit acrylic wall panels
• Install tubs, shower pans, doors, fixtures, trim, and accessories
• Apply waterproofing materials, adhesives, and sealants
• Protect customers’ homes and maintain a clean work area
• Document completed work and review the finished project with the customer
• Follow company quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• At least two years of bathroom remodeling or bath installation experience
• Experience using hand and power tools safely
• Ability to measure and cut materials accurately
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship
• Professional and respectful in customers’ homes
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screening

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:

• Lift and carry 50 pounds or more, using team assistance or appropriate equipment when needed
• Stand for extended periods and frequently bend, kneel, crouch, reach, twist, and climb stairs
• Push, pull, position, and install tubs, wall panels, shower doors, tools, and construction materials
• Work safely on step ladders and in bathrooms or other confined work areas
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements while operating hand and power tools
• Work indoors and outdoors, including loading and unloading materials in hot, cold, or inclement weather
• Work around construction dust, noise, adhesives, and sealants while using required personal protective equipment
