Exterior Pros is searching for an experienced individual who has residential construction, home remodeling and carpentry experience to join our growing operation. Bath Installers are responsible for the demolition of wet spaces and installation of acrylic paneling and other components required for a successful working shower/tub. We offer a consistent work schedule and competitive pay $52,000-$58,240/hour based on experience and proven track record plus generous bonus incentives!
Responsibilities
- Remodel bathrooms in one day using trade skills such as carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction
- Follow standards and procedures while providing services
- Complete and submit all necessary photos and paperwork accurately
- Maintain a clean work area in the customers home
- Final job inspection with customers to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years carpentry, trim carpentry, construction or in-home renovation experience (required)
- Good work ethic
- Proven track record of meeting project deadlines
- Valid driver's license
- Must be open to traveling to job sites
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to use power tools
- Ability to measure accurately and transcribe measurements to other surfaces
- Ability to make precise finish cuts
- Experience with finish caulking
- Understanding of basic plumbing
