We are looking for dedicated independent contractors who own or lease their own box trucks and cargo vans to make deliveries on daily routes. We are, also, looking for responsible independent contractors with their own vehicles such as sedans, SUVs, and minivans for local package deliveries. This role involves solo work for routes that require sedans, SUVs, and minivans and collaboration with a team of your choosing with routes requiring box trucks and cargo vans.
Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to local destinations accurately and on time
- Use personal vehicle such as box trucks, sedans, SUVs, or cargo vans for deliveries
- Follow assigned routes and adjust plans as necessary for efficient delivery
- Interact professionally with customers and provide excellent service
- Maintain safety and compliance during all deliveries
- Manage delivery documentation and report any issues promptly
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- CDL licenses accepted
- Strong safe driving habits
- Experience in route planning and GPS navigation
- Dependability and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
