This is a rare opportunity to help shape how a category-defining longevity brand grows at a pivotal moment. The Extension Health office location is currently in the West Village in New York, with a number of other locations planned to open in the next 18 months. 


The Role

The Director of Strategic Partnerships & Growth will build and own Extension Health’s partnership-driven growth engine.


This is a senior, highly strategic role focused on partnerships that expand reach, access, and long-term growth. While brand partnerships and influencer collaborations are an important part of the role, this position is fundamentally a strategic partnerships and business development role, not a traditional marketing position.


Partnerships may include:

  • Brand partnerships with aligned premium, wellness, lifestyle, and performance brands to drive awareness, credibility, and integrated activations
  • Embedded or access-based partnerships (e.g., premium card programs, private memberships)
  • Clinical and practitioner relationships that expand awareness and care pathways
  • Corporate and executive partnerships (e.g., leadership wellness, employee access programs)
  • Select creator, key opinion leader, and cultural partnerships that support both growth and trust


What You’ll Do
  • Define and lead Extension Health’s strategic partnerships roadmap aligned to long-term growth objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact partnerships across brand, corporate, clinical, and premium ecosystems.
  • Structure partnership models that are compliant, scalable, and aligned with business, brand, and medical standards.
  • Develop and manage brand partnerships, including co-marketing initiatives, integrated campaigns, content collaborations, and experiential activations.
  • Own partner performance through clear success metrics tied to engagement, adoption, and long-term growth.
  • Build and steward a trusted ecosystem of brand partners, practitioners, KOLs, executives, and creators.
  • Collaborate closely with Medical, Growth, Product, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure partnerships are executed with excellence and integrity.


Who You Are
  • 8–12 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, brand partnerships, or growth roles.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships that drive meaningful business and brand impact.
  • Strong commercial instincts with experience structuring complex, long-term partnerships.
  • Comfortable operating in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments.
  • Excited to help shape a category-defining brand during a moment of major market momentum.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $140K–$180K (commensurate with experience)
