The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting and growing revenue within a single-family customer network. This role focuses on managing existing accounts, activating new partners, and guiding customers through product selection and ordering to drive continued growth. The ISR serves as a primary point of contact for customers, working closely with internal leadership to support partner success, increase product adoption, and expand sales across a network of contractors and service providers. Primary Responsibilities Own assigned accounts: build relationships, uncover opportunities, and close revenue Expand product adoption within partner networks and track new account activation Conduct virtual demos and onboarding; serve as the subject matter expert on cabinet refacing solutions Follow up on leads in coordination with Marketing and the SDR team to convert to revenue Maintain accurate Salesforce records (accounts, contacts, opportunities); support forecasting Share customer feedback across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams Contribute to team development and align with the Go-to-Market strategy Required Qualifications Ability to prospect and manage accounts independently in a virtual environment Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable on the phone and leading video meetings Proficient in Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated closer with high integrity Personal Attributes Innate ability and self-initiated motivation to closing sales and driving revenue in excess of set goals Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize activities Must be comfortable on the phone and leading virtual meetings on video High level of integrity and pride in work and results A relationship-focused seller that understands how to be part of a team and how to drive sales collectively A value-focused individual who can articulate the “why” behind both selling and achieving great results Qualifications Desired but Not Required 1–3 years of sales experience in home improvement, construction, or a related field Background in manufacturing, OEM, or production sales Salesforce CRM experience
