We desire a full-time Account/Program Manager to advance our next generation medical engagement platform with legacy and new clients. In this role, you’ll be asked to support our client delivery process with your own accounts – developing project goals, timelines, and budget parameters, then managing the execution of quality deliverables. You will have the opportunity to guide our client teams to use our platform broadly and deeply. The Account Manager must understand all aspects of our platform, comfortably navigate changes, and meet our clients’ needs in order to achieve expected results. This person must be proactive, able to perform well under pressure, and nimble—able to problem solve and provide alternate solutions as new needs arise, while adhering to timeline, scope and budget constraints. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who is enthusiastic, self-driven, solution-oriented, and fosters an ongoing commitment to achieving high quality results.
This position is crucial to the success of ExtendMed’s efficient client service delivery and will need to be in sync with the entirety of the organization to strategically advise internal and external resources.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Provide day-to-day leadership and management that mirror the adopted mission and core values of the company. Bottom line: Grow a sustainable company
• Drive the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives
• Measure the effectiveness of internal work processes. Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company including project estimation and workflow efficiency
• Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies within your designated client accounts
• Specific attention to and interest in strong translational communication from client business requirements to developer user stories
• Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company
• Represent the firm with clients and business partners
• Define project goals, schedules, and timelines
• Manage the timely progression of projects and creatively identifying new opportunities within every assigned account
• Prepare accurate communication and project documentation, including a project plan, status reports, internal meeting notes, change requests, and resource requests and assignments
• Collect and organize client-related assets
• Include subject matter experts in relevant project stages
• Support knowledge-sharing and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
• Other duties as assigned

The position demands:
• Relationship building: externally – develop rapport with client contacts, respond in a timely manner to emails, texts, phone calls even when they come outside 9-5, show empathy, and demonstrate that you and the client are on the same team. Internally---someone who understand enough of what the developers are doing to communicate effectively and push as needed to make sure their client's needs are met.
• Problem-solving: dig deeper when presented with an issue to identify the "real" problem and recommend solutions to the client.
• Organization: the ability to manage many tasks at once and motivate others to join them in getting things done well and on time
• Proactive communication: someone who is diplomatic, can write and speak well and is proactive with clients
• 2 years of project management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
